FIVE SETTINGS
I have five settings
In the morning,
When I rise and my face falls to glorify my maker
In the afternoon,
When I lose all orientation, and question the purpose of my existence
In the evening,
When I covet my blissful neighbours as they laugh and share Pimm’s below me
In the dead of night,
When I remind myself that I am invincible and the world is my oyster
And at the break of dawn,
When I smell the air right before it pollutes and am convinced that I couldn’t care less about being alone
