THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM
About the artist:
My name is Revelina Malinnag. I’m a Filipino-American, living in CA, USA. I graduated in 1979 with the Associate in Theology from the Philippine Bible Seminary. I have also finished Associate in Midwifery from the University of Northern Philippines in the year 1981. I took this degree in Medical Field just to please my father who wanted one or two among us, his 6 children to become a doctor and pharmacist but because a teacher and a Pastor gets only little income, he could not afford to send his children to take what he or we really wanted to take up; My older sister and I took the same course, two years college degree in Midwifery. That was beside our three years degree in Theology, so that makes a total of five years in college of two different fields. Journalism was one of my subject in PBS. My Dad was my teacher of the said subject. I believe that GOD gave me the same gift as he gave my Dad the skills in writing. However, I have also the passion to sing since I was 16 years of age. I started to write my songs back in 2006, in Egypt. When I was in a bad situation, I wanted to sing my favorite collection of GOSPEL SONGS to feel the HOLY SPIRIT beside me, but my one and only notebook where I have written them has been burned by someone. So, I asked GOD to give me NEW songs. HE answered my prayer. HE gave me the song lyrics and downloaded all the melodies in my mind for each songs. He gave me a lot! I was able to write about 20 songs in just one month! I had no recording device to record those melodies, but until now they are still clear in my mind. The following month, I have written more songs and added few love songs based on true stories. I just wrote some for entertainment purposes. I came to United States in 2007, and get copyrights for them in 2011. In fact, I started publishing them in that year. Eleven of my written Contemporary Christian-Gospel songs and four love songs were just published very recently in July 8, 2018 as an Album, entitled “PRAISE AND LOVE SONGS” by my artist name, Rev Lin.

Boré Ivanoff, Artist Painter, Paris, France, Eastern Europe-born artist painter, based in Paris since 2001, passionate of cityscape paintings, and especially of Parisian views, “jamais vus” motives are his special feature, blurring the line between abstraction and realism. For Bore Paris it’s the kind of place that offers the right combination of inspiration and pain and suffering and success to keep him stimulated and painting. Bore wants to experiment how far he can push reality to the other side where the “real” is still recognizable, but becoming totally abstract, building that tension until they are just one and the same.
