WHAT WILL BE

More forward into the impending day

Awaiting doom ticks are advancing.

Prophecy, mimicking the affliction

Reading premonitions of the past,

Predicting these shoes will be too old to wear next year.

Low and behold, forewarning materialises.

Predict war – as it will always be

Religion, regrouping and overshadowing all that’s right with the world, to create more followers

Indeed – It will always be

Predict atrocity – again- It will always be

Just as my shoes will be too old to wear next year
