Categories 1320-72*A takes 10 perspectives on a single subject – each an interpretation of one of Aristotle’s 10 Categories. I have visually decomposed each phrase using photographs of a single subject, a Giant Sequoia tree.

Kaitlyn Burke is a Boston based photographer, graphic designer, and production designer, whose work focuses on self identity and perception. Kaitlyn has designed for SpeakEasy Stage Company, New Repertory Theatre, Profile Theatre, and the Dreamland Stage Company, and her sound installation, ‘Log x’ was featured with Fujiko Nakaya’s ‘Fog x Flo’ at the Emerald Necklace Conservancy.
